We do require that all guests avoid excessive alcohol consumption of any kind on the property as this will result in being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Our top priority is the safety of every guest. The property does provide an unfenced pool and those bringing children MUST accept guest liability while utilizing the pool area as well as liability for yourself while using the pool area. There is no lifeguard on property. No illegal drugs of any kind are permitted on the property and will also result in vacating the property without a refund. This home is your perfect country getaway! Conveniently located just minutes from UNT, TWU, Frisco and several local wedding venues, yet nestled on three wooded acres. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a recently renovated "spa like" master bath and amazing views from all windows! Sit on the expansive front or back porch while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while unplugging from the daily grind. This is social distancing at it's best! There is a small guest cottage on the property. It is occupied by a nice young couple full time but the entrance is on the separate side of the property so everyone has great privacy.

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas. We have another place nearby, and rent our entire house when we are away. That is most (though not all) weekends, and most of the summer. Though we list our place as having 4 bedrooms, and officially that is all we have, we do have what we use as an office right by the front entrance, which is tucked away from the living room and the downstairs bedroom. With a divider, this can essentially serve as a 5th bedroom (without a closet space) as it contains a queen size futon with a brand new and thick futon mattress. We do not offer luxury accommodations. Ours is a modest middle class home that is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Our backyard looks out to a serene city park, which makes our place ideal for travelers with kids, those who love jogging, playing basketball and tennis. We do not allow parties in our home because this is a quiet residential neighborhood and because we have lovely neighbors with kids who live here. We do not have a TV in our home. Our kids keep us enough busy and entertained! We do have wireless internet! We would love to host you if you think our place may be a good fit for you and your family!
